Complementary Holistic Therapies are not cures, they are part of an integrative approach with conventional healthcare to help people feel better and cope with symptoms of physical, emotional and spiritual dis-ease. We will discuss what you want to achieve and make you a personalised plan.
Regular appointments are recommended to create balance, maximise wellbeing and improve your overall health. Some people experience maximum benefit after one session, for most more than one appointment will be necessary.
Experience the healing power of more than one therapy, all will work towards the goal you want to achieve. Let your Practitioner know what you would like to try.
