Holistic facials focus on a whole body approach using non-invasive facial techniques to address possible skin problems and your overall wellness. Holistic facials are tailored to individual needs, aim to be deeply relaxing and improve overall health and wellbeing. All our facials will begin with some very light meditation and breathwork. Application of a cleanser and oil or moisturiser will be required for all facials, please advise of allergies ahead of your appointment and on the day of your appointment please attend without make-up and wearing loose clothing around your neck area.
Consultation will be required prior to all treatments and more than one treatment will be required for sustained results. Individual results will vary person to person but we aim for the best results for each person every time.

Gua Sha Glow - Signature Sculpt
(our non-surgical facelift)
The Gua Sha Glow - Signature Sculpt non-surgical facelift combines traditional Chinese Gua Sha with modern facial lift techniques. It is designed to reduce puffiness, improve lymphatic drainage, relieve facial tension, tone muscle, boost collagen and smooth and sculpt your skin, enhancing facial contours and facial definition.
A smooth edged tool will be used to gently scrape the skin, along with tools to roll and press the skin. This will be done gently at a pressure that suits you, however some people find their skin maybe red after treatment and for a day or two afterwards. The Gua Sha is combined with primary acupressure and Jade eye mask to achieve fantastic results, with the added benefit of manual Lymphatic Drainage Techniques for exceptional rejuvenation of your skin, and cold stoning for improved skin tone and appearance.
Serenity Hot Stone Experience
Using a holistic approach, our Serenity Hot Stone Experience is a heavenly addition to our advanced facial range.
Using Basalt stones, which have been specially warmed, they will be used to gently massage the face and neck area, using gliding, circular motions with pressure point stimulation, you will fell nothing but incredible relaxation.
Hot Stone Facials are considered to improved circulation, increased healthy cellular activity, rejuvenate the skin, minimising fine lines, and like our Advanced Gua Sha Facial you will also experience manual lymphatic drainage reducing puffiness and removal of toxins from the skin.
Artic Radiance Rejuvenation

A holistic Arctic Radiance Rejuvenation Experience is a fantastic advanced skincare treatment that includes the mind, body and soul. The facial treatment utilises cold temperatures to rejuvenate the skin, and isn't for the faint hearted! However, by leveraging the natural benefits of cold therapy, the results speak for themselves. Scientific evidence of the use of cold therapy for a number of health conditions is still developing but some early evidence suggests it may offer a number of benefits to health and wellbeing.
Cryotherapy facials encourage blood to the surface of the skin, bringing essential nutrients, increasing oxygen and boosting circulation. It increases collagen production, which leads to rejuvenated looking skin, reduced appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and helps maintain skin elasticity and firmness. The cold also leads to reduced inflammation and reduced puffiness, making the skin appear smoother with a more even tone. Its also very good for soothing irritated and acne prone skin.
Unlike Cryo-facials that use machines, chemicals and harsh procedures that may be over in 20 minutes, Soul Focus want to take a more natural, holistic approach to this particular type of facial. Tools used are similar to some of those used in Gua Sha and Hot Stone Facials but will be significantly cooled. Its important to know that this will not be cold enough to cause any skin damage but certainly cold enough to provide all the benefits to your skin. The facial is also longer than the machine delivered processes, as you have the additional advantages of cleansers, oils, serums, moisturisers and all the other holistic experiences that you would expect to get with any Soul Focus facial - just a much colder experience!

Thermal Radiance Fire and Ice Indulgent Facial Experience
The Thermal Radiance Fire and Ice Indulgent Facial Experience introduces a bespoke blend of Serenity Hot Stones and Arctic Radiance Rejuvenation. The facial starts with manual lymphatic drainage and then the soothing warmth of a Hot Stones to enable oils to penetrate deeper, ease tight muscles and leave you feeling wonderfully relaxed. The treatment is then completed with elements of the Arctic Radiance Rejuvenation Facial to close up pores and leaving you fresh faced and revitalised.
Traditional Asian-Inspired Sakura Rejuvenation
A Traditional Asian-Inspired Sakura Rejuvenation is a sculpting facial that combines various techniques from Asian cultures such as Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai and Tibetan traditions. It includes elements of acupressure and lymphatic drainage.
The facial aims to revitalise your ephemeral beauty by relieving tension, improving skin elasticity and circulation, smoothing fine lines, reduce puffiness and promote overall inner balance and wellbeing by addressing physical, emotional and energetic aspects of the face and body, creating a strong connection between internal health and external radiance.

Mini facials can be picked from any of the facials above (except for Fire and Ice) and will be completed in just 30 minutes. Not all elements of each facial may be included.
You will leave feeling wonderfully refreshed and pampered. Perfect for when time is limited but you want some self-care and 30 minutes of pure relaxation.
