I felt so relaxed during my session with Leanne because she has such a calm and gentle manner. She makes sure you are comfortable and explains the treatment to you. When treatment was finished Leanne talked me through the sensations and explained the meanings. it was a lovely experience, would highly recommend.

I had a lymphatic drainage massage after surgery a couple of months back. I was a bit nervous but it was so relaxing and has really helped.
The room was calm, quiet and relaxing and the massage was very gentle, avoiding areas I wasn't comfortable with.

Had the lymphatic drainage treatment. Didn’t know what to expect but Leanne explained everything and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Lovely relaxing treatment, delivered very well. Great aftercare advice and Leanne checked in with me a couple of days later to see how I felt. Definitely felt “ lighter” after the treatment and I’ve slept like a log! Which is definitely not the normal for me. My watch 'body battery' has been in the 90+% each morning which it hasn’t been for some time.
The treatment room was a lovely set up. Very calm space to relax in. That been said the whole building at The Harmony Hub was a lovely welcoming space, felt like I was in someone’s home with people making me feel like part of the family. In summary a very nice experience all round.
Leanne made me welcome and feel very comfortable quickly. She explained everything about what she would be doing. The treatment was so relaxing; i definitely drifted off a few times! And i had the best sleep that evening. I’ll definitely be going back and would recommend others to visit
