Appointment Booking

i. All appointments are subject to availability.

ii. A non-refundable deposit of £10 or 25% of the cost of your session, whichever is greater, is required to secure your appointment.

iii. Payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or in cash.

iv. The deposit can be exchanged for an alternative appointment time, subject to a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Cancellations

i. We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances arise and kindly request 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

ii. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to a genuine emergency, return of deposit or movement to another appointment will be considered on an individual basis.

iii. If the required notice is not given to change or cancel an appointment, the full session fee will be payable. 

iv. In the event of Soul Focus cancelling or rescheduling your appointment we will endeavour to give you 24 hours notice. Where this is not possible, we will let you know as soon as possible before your appointment.

Late Arrivals

i. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

Discounts & Block Bookings

i. Soul focus will offer discounts from time to time, discounts may be changed or removed at any time without notice.

ii. Block bookings of 5 or 10 sessions will be discounted. 

iii. Block bookings will require full payment at the first session 

iv. Group bookings can be made by pre-arrangement.  Discounts are available for group bookings.

Health & Safety

i. New clients will be asked to complete a personal information form. 

ii. It is important to inform your Practitioner of any changes to your health information.

iii. Soul Focus reserves the right to refuse or modify any treatment if there are any concerns about your health and safety.

iv. Treatment will not be provided to anyone thought to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

v. Under 18's  receiving treatment must be accompanied by their parent/carer  at all times during treatment. Young people between the ages of 16-18 can consent for themselves where there is no reason to believe that their ability to consent is impeded.

vi. Persons with pre-existing medical conditions may be required to consult their GP/Consultant before treatment can commence.  This will be discussed with you during your first appointment before commencement of any treatment.

vii. Animals receiving Reiki, must be accompanied by their owner or authorised person at all times.

Confidentiality & Consent

i. Personal information will be treated with care and kept safe whilst respecting your privacy and rights. Information provided in writing or verbally during treatment will not be used for any purpose other than direct care. All client information shared before, during or after a session will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable laws and regulations including exceptions.

ii. Personal information is used to help provide safe and appropriate treatments to those wanting to undertake therapies provided by Soul Focus. Clients will be asked to provide signed, informed consent before treatment commences.

iii. Consent can be withdrawn at anytime, in writing, to Soul Focus.

iv. Personal information will be kept, in line with UK legal requirements, after you have discontinued treatment for a maximum of 6 years.

Liability

i. Soul Focus shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss or injury arising from the use of our services or facilities.

ii. Clients participate in all sessions at their own risk.

iii. Clients are responsible for providing full and accurate health information and for updating their health information should changes arise.

Professional Registration

i. The owner of Soul Focus is an NMC registered nurse and currently holds a statement of entry with the NMC 0f8ed1d9-d73c-44e9-998d-dde7bad1582d

ii. The owner of Soul Focus abides by the NMC Code of Practice and recognises nor is bound by any other professional organisation.

Gift Vouchers

i. Soul Focus gift vouchers are available to purchase on request.

ii. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

iii. Gift vouchers can be transferred to a different recipient with the original vouchers holder’s consent.

iv. Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.

v. Gift vouchers are only valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

vi. Soul Focus gift vouchers are subject to availability.
